Lael AnnMarie is an entrepreneur, advocate, and survivor devoted to advancing healing-centered support for women impacted by sexual violence. Her leadership is rooted in lived experience, shaped by her journey through PTSD and the deeply personal work of reclaiming safety, identity, and voice. Through integrative healing modalities including psychedelic-assisted therapy, mindfulness, and somatic practices, Lael found pathways not only to survive, but to rebuild trust within herself and her life. She now uses that experience to challenge stigma, expand access to alternative healing approaches, and create spaces where survivors feel believed, supported, and empowered to define their own recovery. As the founder of Ecolux Goods, her commitment to advocacy and women’s empowerment extends into purpose-driven leadership that centers dignity, autonomy, and impact. In her role as Director of Women’s Programs, Lael brings a compassionate, trauma-informed perspective dedicated to fostering education, community, and long-term healing for women within military environments and beyond.
