Brianna Francis Bonnell is a United States Marine and law enforcement professional with eight years of experience as a police officer serving on night-shift patrol in the Lowcountry. During her law enforcement career, she completed extensive crisis intervention training and helped educate fellow officers on recognizing and responding to mental illness, particularly in the aftermath of traumatic events. Brianna is graduating in May from Charleston Southern University with her Bachelor’s degree and plans to pursue a Master’s in Counseling. She is working toward becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). Brianna is deeply committed to helping break down the stigma around mental health in law enforcement and creating safe, supportive pathways for officers to seek the care, healing, and understanding they deserve.
